I anticipated a little bit more using this type of shower head. For starters there were no washer parts but Thankfully we experienced some spares, so not really a major issue. I bought this Sept. 2011 and now, Feb. 2, 2012 the hose broke off Once i experienced the environment on off though showering.The hand shower worked perfectly for only 3 month
